Based on the principles of dynamic Vinyasa, Power Yoga encompasses other elements of strength, cardio, and movement to heat the body, build strength, and get you moving.
Vinyasa means breathing with movement. In my form of Power Yoga, I combine elements of strength and cardio to give you a full body workout. I'll guide you through a creative flow, sequencing the poses, synchronising them with breath. The poses can be challenging and difficult, but as you flow through the practice, you'll discover the best part of yoga: the ability to disappear into the flow and find a sense of stillness amongst the blood, sweat, and tears.
